How should I prepare for my first online session?

Before your online session via Skype, make sure you can use the scheduled time without interruptions and focus entirely on yourself. Create a calm environment—mute your phone and any other potential distractions. Use the bathroom if needed. Then, sit in a comfortable position where you can relax easily. Check your technical setup: Is your device fully charged, is your browser up to date, and have you installed Skype and found the name 'Mantra-Wellness®'? Once ready, send me a message: 'I am ready.' and wait for my response. The session will then begin.

Do you provide assistance in the treatment of incurable or chronic illnesses?

The sessions exclusively offer wellness treatments that work on an energetic basis. These treatments do not replace a doctor, medication, or prescribed therapies, but they can be used alongside any medical or alternative medical treatment. Practitioners believe that the energies flow to where they are needed during the treatment, which is why a diagnosis is not required for the application. Additionally, no diagnosis is made through the treatment.

What can I expect from my first session?

The online sessions, like the in-person ones, are tailored entirely to your individual needs. If you're unsure which wellness treatment is right for you, feel free to contact me before the session begins.

What is the difference between a Reiki session and a Mantra-Wellness® session?

Both forms share the fact that they have been passed down from teachers to students according to ancient traditions. While Reiki originates from Japan, the mantras have Vedic origins from India. Both methods work on an energetic basis. While mantras are primarily used for human applications, Reiki can also be applied to animals.
